We collect account details such as name, email address, authentication provider information, course activity, enrollment activity, and information you submit through platform forms.
How we use information
We use this information to provide learning access, manage accounts, support Academy Suite and admin workflows, improve course discovery, protect the platform, and communicate important account or service updates.
Payments and subscriptions
When payments are enabled, processing is handled by a payment provider. Academy stores subscription status and checkout references, but does not store full card numbers.
Data protection
We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards to protect account and learning data. Access to protected dashboard areas is controlled by authentication and role-based permissions.
